About us
One company, two business lines
KR BRANDS is our B2B business: import and distribution of brands to retail partners across Ukraine. KRKR® is our registered trademark and our direct-to-consumer business: the online store krkr.com.ua. Contracts are signed by the Ukrainian legal entity KR BRANDS LLC (ТОВ «КР БРЕНДС»).
We started in 2014 as KOREXPERT, working directly with Korean manufacturers. In 2015 we signed our first exclusive contract, with Benton; today we are the exclusive distributor of 18 brands.
In late 2017 we became one of the first two companies in the world to import Dr.Ceuracle outside Korea, and Needly's expansion beyond Korea started with its launch in Ukraine through us.
In 2026 Forbes Ukraine named KRKR the second-largest importer of Korean cosmetics in Ukraine and included the company in its NEXT 250 list of promising Ukrainian businesses.
We hand-pick the brands we work with and keep the portfolio focused, so every brand gets real attention. Alongside Korean brands we distribute brands from the USA and Europe, and our online store carries 110+ brands from Korea, Europe, the USA and Ukraine.

Import and compliance
We import and clear the goods, handle Ukrainian cosmetics requirements and Ukrainian-language labelling. Retail partners buy from a Ukrainian VAT-registered company under a Ukrainian contract.
Brand protection
Only legal import. We sell only in the territory explicitly specified in the distribution agreement, protect the brand's trademark in Ukraine and work to the recommended retail prices agreed with the brand owner.

Reliability
Working through the war
Stock is held across several fulfilment warehouses in different regions of Ukraine, with buffer stock, so deliveries to partners continue even if one site is temporarily affected. Wholesale orders ship within 1–2 days after payment.

Are KR BRANDS, KRKR and KOREXPERT the same company?
Yes. KR BRANDS is our B2B import and distribution business, KRKR® is our registered trademark and direct-to-consumer online store krkr.com.ua, and KOREXPERT is the name we started with in 2014. Contracts are signed by KR BRANDS LLC (ТОВ «КР БРЕНДС», EDRPOU 44962387).
What brands do you work with?
We hand-pick brands with proven formulas, a clear positioning and a team ready to grow in Ukraine, and keep the portfolio focused. Categories: skincare and SPF, haircare and scalp care, body care, beauty devices, mother and baby care. Origins: mostly Korea, plus the USA, Spain and other countries. Segments from accessible to premium, including derma and professional lines.
Which sales channels can you cover?
All major channels in Ukraine: national beauty chains, pharmacies, marketplaces, independent stores, clinics, online, Instagram and TikTok shops, and our own D2C store krkr.com.ua. Depending on the brand, we can place it in more than 1,000 offline stores.
Who handles import, certification and labelling?
We do. We import the goods, clear customs, meet Ukrainian cosmetics requirements and apply Ukrainian-language labelling before the goods reach retail partners.
Can you be our exclusive distributor in Ukraine?
Yes. We are the exclusive distributor of 18 brands and also work as an official, non-exclusive distributor. The format is agreed with each brand.
How do you protect our prices and brand?
We work only through legal import and sell only in the territory explicitly specified in the distribution agreement. We protect the brand's trademark in Ukraine and keep to the recommended retail prices agreed with the brand owner.
Do you sell outside Ukraine?
Only where the distribution agreement explicitly allows it. By default the territory is Ukraine, and we do not sell the brand in countries that are not named in the contract.
How do you operate during the war?
Stock is held across several fulfilment warehouses in different regions of Ukraine with buffer stock, so deliveries continue even if one site is affected.
Where can consumers buy the brands you distribute?
In our online store krkr.com.ua and through our network of 800+ wholesale partners built since 2014: national beauty chains, pharmacies, marketplaces and independent stores. Depending on the brand, that means more than 1,000 offline stores across Ukraine.
